Glamorous Udaipur Wedding With Unique Wedding Functions

We came across a super glamorous Udaipur wedding and are a tad bit jealous for not being a part of it. Environmentalist Rhea tied the knot with her beau Divish in a full-on big fat Punjabi wedding ceremony. They had it all from unique wedding functions to unique wedding attires. The grand wedding celebration took place at The Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur. The couple even had a Burning Man-themed music festival party which was totally out-of-the-box. 1. Mehendi-cum-Haldi Night

The wedding shenanigans kickstarted with the mehendi and haldi celebrations. Rhea had her mehendi celebration while Divish was getting laden in turmeric paste. The celebration took place during the evening and the whole family was there in full attendance. Rhea wore a gorgeous embroidered outfit with floral headgear for her mehndi ceremony.

2. Music Festival-Themed Brunch Party

Following the mehendi night, the couple had a Burning Man-themed music fest brunch party. Everyone was dressed up in high-street fashion clothes with unique accessories. Rhea wore an asymmetrical Mahima Mahajan gown with a quirky heavily studded headgear. Divish was seen in a Govinda Mehta suit set and an eccentric gas mask with outlandish detailings. The whole wedding squad was there having a blast.

The brunch was followed by an eventful cocktail party later that night. Rhea looked stunning in a grey heavy embellished Manish Malhotra gown. And Davish looked dapper in a black Gaurav Gupta suit.

3. Chooda Ceremony

After a day full of partying and celebrations, the wedding rituals took over. Rhea had a simple chooda ritual along with a fun kaleera ceremony. She sure had a lot of fun dangling kaleeras over her bridesmaids.

4. Rhea’s Anita Dongre Bridal Lehenga

The wedding day arrives! In a typical Punjabi wedding style, they had their Anand Karaj ceremony. And Rhea donned a gorgeous pastel lehenga by Anita Dongre from her ‘Sounds of the Forest’ collection. She looked splendid in her printed lehenga with white bridal chooda.

Meanwhile, Divish was making his way through the baraat in a red Kunal Rawal sherwani. And the groom squad was fashionably in tow.

5. Glamorous Udaipur Wedding

The Anand Karaj ceremony took place outdoors with minimalist pastel decor. Rhea made her bridal entry alongside her bridal squad under phoolon ki chadar. And walked down the aisle holding her father’s hand. The Anand Karaj ceremony had a very gardenia vibe decor that looked beautiful.

6. Reception Night

Last but not least came the reception that was a Bhangra night. All the guests including the newlyweds got on the dance floor and had a joyous celebration. Rhea was dressed in a green metallic lehenga by Amit Aggarwal. And Divish served some looks in a Shantanu and Nikhil couture.
