Supriyo and Abhay hail from different backgrounds, Bengali and Punjabi, respectively. But their love for each other brought them together when they first matched on an online dating app. Soon after their first meeting, they moved in together and had a live-in relationship to understand each other better.  Both their parents accepted their sexuality but like any other Indian parents, they too had to be convinced for the wedding to take place.   Originally Published on  ShaadiWish We came across some lovely pictures from Pranay and Garry’s gay wedding in Denmark and adored them. The two lovely men were dressed in stunning sherwanis for their wedding ceremony. While Pranay is Indian, Garry belongs to Poland and we loved how they both honored their cultures and got married in a mixed cultural way. They both donned the Hindu wedding dresses for grooms i.e. sherwanis and were sworn in as husbands by a lady-priest. It was surely heartwarming to see them embracing each other’s religious and cultural faiths.  Both Garry and Pranay are avid supporters of the LGBTQ+ communities. Since Poland does not recognize gay marriages, they flew to Denmark to make their marriage legal.
